Meet the Royal Palm Beach Team Behind TruePane Windows & Doors
We’re not a franchise operation that flies technicians in from three counties away. The crew working in Royal Palm Beach lives here, shops at the Publix on Southern Boulevard, and drives these same roads every day. Each installer on our local team has trained under Dale Kessler’s standard or came to us with serious glass experience already on their belt. What unites them is simpler than a mission statement: they measure twice, set the pane true, and don’t leave until the job is done right. That’s the whole job description, and not everyone clears it.
Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician, Impact Windows & Doors
Marcus has spent 14 years setting impact-rated windows across Palm Beach County, and he’s seen what a Category 3 storm does to a compromised frame. He holds manufacturer certifications with PGT and CGI, which matters when it comes time to register a warranty that actually pays out. Marcus runs point on our most demanding impact installs in Royal Palm Beach, including the waterfront properties along the canal where wind load calculations get serious. He keeps a torque wrench in his truck that’s recalibrated every January without fail, because a lag bolt under spec is a warranty void waiting for the next hurricane season. Off the clock, he rebuilds small outboard motors in his garage and will talk your ear off about carburetors if you let him.
Elena R. – Senior Installer, Custom Windows & Sliding Doors
Elena joined TruePane five years ago after a decade in high-end residential glass in Broward County, and she’s the person we put on custom jobs where the opening is anything but square. Sliding patio doors, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, glass railing systems that have to meet Palm Beach County code while still looking clean. She’s our specialist for out-of-true openings, the jobs where the rough framing was done by someone who apparently never met a level. Elena carries a machinist’s square in her tool bag, not just a standard framing square, because a sixteenth of an inch at the sill becomes a half-inch at the header on a 96-inch opening. She’s also the crew member most likely to bring homemade pastelitos to a Friday morning safety meeting.
Danny W. – Service Coordinator & Warranty Specialist
Danny is the voice on the phone when you call our Royal Palm Beach line, and he’s been answering it for six years, including weekends and holidays. He’s not reading from a script because Dale doesn’t write scripts; he’s looking at the actual schedule board on the wall and telling you what’s real. Danny handles The Keystone Standard paperwork on every job, meaning both manufacturer warranty layers get registered in writing with durations stated before our truck leaves your driveway. He knows the warranty terms for Andersen, Pella, Marvin, Milgard, Jeld-Wen, PGT, CGI, and ES Windows well enough to quote them from memory, and he can explain the difference between a glass breakage warranty and a seal failure warranty without making you feel like you’re being sold something. He coaches Little League in the Acreage in the spring, and he’s the reason our service calendar runs on time.
Carlos M. – Apprentice Installer
Carlos is in his second year with TruePane, working through our apprenticeship track the way Dale’s own father did it in the glass trade decades ago. He started hauling material and cutting stops, and now he’s setting windows under Marcus and Elena’s direct supervision on every job. Carlos grew up in Royal Palm Beach and went to Royal Palm Beach High School, which means he’s installed windows in homes that belong to former teachers and neighbors. He’s learning the craft the slow way on purpose, because the brand is named for the standard: if the pane isn’t true, the job isn’t done. He keeps a notebook in his back pocket, writes down every spec he’s told, and can rattle off the shim spacing for a Milgard vinyl retrofit from memory. He’s also unbeatable at identifying Florida birds by call, which comes up more than you’d think on outdoor installs.
One Standard, Every Job
Every TruePane crew, in Royal Palm Beach and across the network, works under the same founding rule Dale learned from his father: if the pane is not true, the job is not done. That isn’t a slogan on a truck wrap. It’s a measurable, checkable physical fact, and it gets verified before the caulk goes on, before the trim goes up, before anyone signs a completion form. We hire background-checked, uniformed technicians and train them the way this trade used to train people, slow and correct and without excuses. The Done Right Promise is not a marketing line. It’s a written commitment with no paperwork fights and no arguing, and it applies to every window, every door, every glass rail we set. A square deal starts with a square opening and ends with both warranty layers in your hands, in writing, before the truck pulls away.
